Stark is a city in Neosho County, Kansas, United States. As of the 2010 census, the city population was 72.
Stark is located at 37°41′23″N 95°8′37″W / 37.68972°N 95.14361°W / 37.68972; -95.14361 (37.689592, -95.143573), at an elevation of 1,063 feet (324 m). According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.17 square miles (0.44 km), all of it land.
Stark is located east of U.S. Route 59 on K-201.
As of the census of 2010, there were 72 people, 39 households, and 25 families residing in the city. The population density was 423.5 inhabitants per square mile (163.5/km). There were 48 housing units at an average density of 282.4 per square mile (109.0/km). The racial makeup of the city was 100.0% White.
There were 39 households of which 10.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 48.7% were married couples living together, 7.7% had a female householder with no husband present, 7.7% had a male householder with no wife present, and 35.9% were non-families. 30.8% of all households were made up of individuals and 7.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 1.85 and the average family size was 2.20.
The median age in the city was 54.3 years. 8.3% of residents were under the age of 18; 8.5% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 25% were from 25 to 44; 31.9% were from 45 to 64; and 26.4% were 65 years of age or older. The gender makeup of the city was 54.2% male and 45.8% female.

There were 47 housing units at an average density of 270.0 per square mile (106.7/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 99.06% White and 0.94% Native American.

The average household size was 2.52 and the average family size was 3.30.
